Supply Chain
We work with verified manufacturers in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. Orders to the EU may be shipped from local warehouses.
Order Processing
Estimated processing time: up to 3 business days (Monday to Friday).
A confirmation email with a tracking link will be sent once your order is processed.

Events such as extreme weather, strikes, customs delays, or periods of high demand may affect delivery times.
If 20 business days pass without receiving your package, contact us at contact@usekove.com.
Tracking
Tracking information will be sent by email when your package is dispatched.
You can also track your order through your account.
Correct Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly.
Returned packages may be:
- Reshipped (customer pays for new shipping)
- Refunded (minus the original shipping cost)
Failed Deliveries
Carriers typically make one delivery attempt and may leave the package at a pickup point for 7–10 days.
If the package is not collected, it may be returned to the sender.
Customs and Taxes
Orders shipped outside your region may be subject to VAT, import duties, or other customs fees.

Split Shipments
An order may arrive in multiple packages with separate tracking numbers.
Delays of More Than 30 Days
If delivery exceeds 30 days, you may choose between:
- Free reshipping
- Full refund
